1 // YOU SAY ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS ARE INCLUDED IN THE WEDDING COVERAGE, WHAT IF I ALREADY HAD MINE DONE?
Including the engagement session in the wedding package has so many benefits but I'm most concerned about one - it allows me to get to know you as a couple before your high-stakes wedding day. At an engagement session I'll get to know you, your style, the way you interact, and the way you want to be photographed. So when the pressure is on and we only have 20 minutes on your wedding day to capture all of the gorgeous images you'll love for years to come we can get right down to it. I'll be more aware of how to capture your day and you'll be more confident in the results. It's a win-win.
If you've already had your engagement pictures taken, that's okay. The engagement session is complimentary. You don't have to take me up on my offer. But it's free, so why not?
2 // DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?
I do all of my shoots (including engagements and portraits) on-location. Which is just a fancy way of saying, "you pick the location and I'll show up and shoot it".
3 // WHAT ARE THE PERKS OF HAVING A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER AT MY WEDDING?
Most brides are sold when I explain it this way: there will be one photographer on you as you come down the aisle and another one dedicated to capturing his face when he first sees you. But the real answer is that having a second photographer at your wedding offers you variety. You'll have different points of view for all the major moments and coverage of events that occur simultaneously. One of us with the bride as she gets ready and one of us with the groom as he tries to remember how to put on a boutonnieère. It's priceless.
4 // HOW DO I GET MY PICTURES?
I've recently made the switch to providing all of my clients with digital downloads of their images. By eliminating the CD, my delivery times have been cut in half meaning most brides have all of their images in two weeks. Now all of my images are protected in the cloud and are more easily shared with friends and relatives around the world. All downloads come with full printing and sharing rights, meaning you can do what you want with them after you download them - they're your pictures! Want to see an example gallery? Just give me a shout!
