The air was buzzing with excitement as the last minute preparations were taking place. Family members talked excitedly as they ran from one room to another preparing food, moving furniture, and visiting with familiar faces. The tea ceremony at Joe and Julie's house would soon be under way and the air was filled with anticipation as loved ones gathered to celebrate everything that Joe and Julie had built together through their friendship and love over the years.
After the traditional tea ceremony at their house, Joe and Julie had an epic celebration planned for their guests at the Hilton Columbus that evening. We headed over to the Hilton early to get Julie in to her dress and I had the pleasure of photographing some of her gorgeous details. Beautiful invitations, jewelry, Prada shoes, and Tiffany rings made me a very happy girl!

When it was time for the first look we headed down to the magnificent skybridge Hilton Columbus has on their second level. It was a gorgeous background for a beautiful moment.
I love this shot Blake took of Joe as he waited for his bride to tap him on the shoulder.
We headed back inside to the Gallerie Bar and Bistro to take some portraits of Joe and Julie and some amazing group shots.
Joe and Julie pulled out all the stops for their guests for the reception at the Hilton. Every single detail in place added to the beauty of their big day and made their cocktail hour and reception sparkle.
Dinner was soon served, followed by toasts, dancing, and cake cutting.
After all of the planned events, Joe, Julie, and their bridal party and close family members went around and greeted the guests at their tables.
Joe and Julie, thank you so much for letting Blake and I witness and record such a beautiful day! It was such an honor to be a part of your wedding day and we loved every part of it!
