Kelly and Lauren have the most amazing history. Friends who fell and love with friends, family, and fate helping out along the way. Their wedding on Saturday was not only an incredible way to celebrate their journey and relationship so far, but also an extraordinary way to kick off the rest of their lives as man and wife.
Lauren and her bridesmaids got ready Saturday morning at a nearby hotel. Lauren and her girls were way ahead of schedule for the day so they had plenty of time to sit around and visit with each other before the craziness of the day began. Once Lauren finally slipped into her dress, everyone was speechless. She was seriously the most stunning bride.
Kelly and Lauren decided to tie the knot at her family’s church in New Albany, Ohio. An adorable white church, big steeple, stained glass windows – this church is the perfect picture of an old country church. I loved it and all its charm.
After the ceremony guests were shuttled down the road to Lauren’s mom’s home for an intimate backyard reception. Lauren’s mom did an incredible job transforming her backyard into a breathtaking space with personal touches, vintage furniture and doilies, and beautiful centerpieces.
After dinner was served but before the real festivities began, Kelly and Lauren snuck off for a few more pictures at sunset. The bean field next to the house was the perfect spot for a few more romantic portraits and I was dying over the light how amazing Lauren looked in her dress.
Kelly and Lauren finished up their night with toasts, dancing, and lots of laughter. It was the perfect ending to the perfect day.
Kelly and Lauren, thank you so, so much! Blake and I were so thrilled to be a part of your big day. Your wedding was absolute perfection and I hope you enjoy every second of your honeymoon! Congratulations!!
