Mon cœur est à toi. My heart is yours.
A simple phrase inscribed on the inside of his wedding band sums up everything they’ll spend their lives trying to say and show each other. And this past Saturday was no different – just a day full of love, celebration, and being thankful they found the one they could give their heart to.
Kiran and Sara got married on Saturday at Bryn Du Mansion in Granville, Ohio in an intimate ceremony in front of their closest family and friends. We started out the day in the nearby Newkirk Salon beside The Granville Inn. A cute little house turned Aveda salon, Sara and her bridesmaids got their hair and make-up done while anxiously waiting for the day to officially begin.
Sara’s studded Valentino pumps were to die for. Seriously, I could not take enough pictures of these beauties!
Arriving to Bryn Du Mansion, the girls helped Sara complete her transformation into a beautiful bride by slipping on the dress and adding flowers to her hair.
The rain clouds loomed over Bryn Du’s front 30 acres and, shortly before the ceremony was set to begin, they broke. So a quick change of plans meant an indoor ceremony, but nothing could dampen the spirits of everyone there to celebrate Sara and Kiran’s love.
Sara made the most stunning bride. I mean, just look at her! GORGEOUS. And Kiran? He pulled off some serious modeling moves when it was his turn in front of the camera. He’s such a fun guy to be around. These two are perfect for each other.
After a few quick pictures outside, the guests ushered the newlyweds into the reception under a shower of lavender buds.
When dinner was complete it was party time. Guests took turns in a DIY photo booth with Instax cameras, Kiran and Sara cut their cake, and toasts brought tears and laughter with them. Their cake from Piece of Cake, was every bit as delicious as it was beautiful.
After Sara and Kiran opened up the dance floor with touching first dances with each other and their parents, DJ Josh Staley kept it packed all night. Sara and Kiran ended the evening with a sparkler exit, looking just like the fairy-tale couple they are.
Sara and Kiran – Congratulations! It was such a pleasure to be a part of your big day! Your love and happiness is contagious and I find myself smiling at my computer screen every time I look at your pictures! I wish you both many, many years of goofy, love-sick grins as you grow old together.
