A little over two years ago, Luke and Hannah fell in love. Living in Oklahoma, Luke was soon making excuses to fly to Ohio and visit Hannah whenever he could. And who can blame him? Hannah is a beautiful girl with a sincere heart. Seeing these two together on their wedding day was magical.
Luke and Hannah got married on Saturday at Hannah’s home church in De Graff, Ohio. The cornfields surrounding the church and the sweet country air made for an absolutely gorgeous ceremony followed by a bustling reception.
We started the day inside the church where Luke and Hannah got ready. While Hannah’s sisters helped do her hair and get her into her dress, Luke and his groomsmen spent the afternoon on the basketball court.
Just before the ceremony, Luke and Hannah exchanged letters to each other.
The ceremony outside the church was absolutely gorgeous – the surrounding cornfield made a beautiful backdrop and all of the small touches Hannah and her church put in place made the day truly unique.
The sun was beginning to set at the end of the ceremony so Hannah and Luke made their grand entrance to their reception and we snuck off for a few minutes to grab some pictures with the last few minutes of daylight we had.
Towards the end of the reception Hannah and Luke had some fun with sparklers and made their great escape.
On the way to the airport, Hannah and Luke made one small detour for some pictures at Easton Town Center. They really wanted some pictures in the gold elevator at the Easton Hilton and the fountain nearby reminded Hannah of the one where they got engaged, so we couldn’t pass that up either!
Hannah and Luke – It was such an honor to capture your love and all of the special moments your big day entailed! I hope you’re having an amazing honeymoon and I know that your lives together in Oklahoma will be exciting and full of adventure! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you two!
Keep smiling!
Kaylina
