I am always saying I have the best couples and I whole-heartedly mean it. Madison and Zach made the drive down to Columbus from Cleveland on a Sunday evening, just to spend some time with me. Okay, they actually came down for a gorgeous, spring night in German Village to get their engagement pictures done, but I am still so thankful that these two were willing to make the long drive for this session. And if you look at these pictures, I think it was totally worth it!
Okay, pause: Isn’t Madison gorgeous!? I love her eyes and she did an amazing job with her make-up! Seriously jealous over here.
As the sun started to set, I wanted to get as much of that warm, golden light as I could. Sometimes a little lens flare is good for the soul. And these two look amazing in it!
After a quick outfit change, Zach and Madison glammed up to movie star status and crushed the end of their session. And seriously, Madison’s dress was AMAZING.
When we approached the stage in Schiller Park, Madison handed me her phone which was playing their first dance song, and Zach and Madison had an impromptu dance rehearsal. I can’t wait to photograph the real thing next month!
