We met near the library in Granville, Ohio for our session and explored the streets of downtown Granville. Reagan led the way and helped pick out all of our backdrops (and I personally think she did an amazing job). While Reagan did the work, Rory won us all over with his old man faces and slobbery grins.

The Goldsmith Family is also so much fun to photograph every fall. We meet up shortly after Halloween and I get the scoop on the year’s costumes (Ghosbusters) and what’s the best candy (all candy). The girls aren’t huge fans of pictures, which makes the job a little more challenging, but the candid interactions I get of them, makes it worth all the effort.

Photographing the Lowe family for their family portraits this past fall in German Village was so much fun. They’re a picture perfect family that had me feeling like I was in a J Crew catalogue all morning. Seriously, I couldn’t get enough of their matching outfits, beautiful smiles, and the gorgeous colors that Schiller Park had on display for us! Due to the cold in the air, we kept the session short, but that was still plenty of time to laugh, tickle, and have an epic leaf fight.

I have to admit I was a littler nervous going into the session because it was the first truly cold weekend of the year. Knowing that little girls in adorable summer dresses aren’t exactly fans for 40 degree weather, Jesse and I had already mentally prepared ourselves for less than full cooperation. But these amazing little girls did such a great job!

I went over to the Goodman’s house last weekend to meet Claire, their almost 2-year-old bundle of joy. She was so much fun to chase around as she bounced from one room to another. We started out in the living room, visited her playroom for some reading, sliding, and dancing, before heading to mommy & daddy’s room for some jumping on the bed!

This Sunday was filled with the charming Kamburowski boys, Charlie and Jack. I’ve been photographing this family for a year now and love to see how these cute guys have grown!

Summer is the best time of the year. My Saturdays are full of weddings and my Sundays are full of adorable little ones with the most amazing parents.

I have been surrounded by adorable baby Emmas recently and I’m not even the littlest bit mad about it. I mean look at that face! I could photograph this little model all day, every day.
